The lowest-priced brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging where packaging is applicable. Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
See details for additional description. What does this price mean? This is the price excluding shipping and handling fees a seller has provided at which the same item, or one that is nearly identical to it, is being offered for sale or has been offered for sale in the recent past.
The price may be the seller's own price elsewhere or another seller's price. The "off" amount and percentage simply signifies the calculated difference between the seller-provided price for the item elsewhere and the seller's price on eBay.
Sounds crazy but I've owned at least eight of these over the last 10 years, including this version and the previous one. I also own a Clip Jam ugh. I listen to a lot of audiobooks--somewhere between a year.
I love this player because it's inexpensive, lightweight, it sounds pretty good certainly good enough for speech , the battery lasts forever, and it's packed with features. It's also compatible with the Overdrive system libraries use for their audiobook collections, so I'm able to save a ton of money by borrowing audiobooks rather than buying them from Audible. I do use Audible as well, and it's compatible with that system too.
The only minor issues are: 1. They almost always stop working at some point. As I said, I've owned a lot of these, and I admit that I'm really hard on them. I fall asleep listening to audiobooks and i roll over them at night. I drop them repeatedly. And, if I'm not working or talking to someone, I'm always listening to an audiobook. I really work them out. So, this might be on me. Still, expect your Clip to last years if you use it often, then you have to go looking for another.
This model isn't being made anymore, and the world has found out how cool they are. So, expect to pay more for a used one than they cost when new, back when Sandisk was still making them. One last thing Sandisk now sells a player called the Clip Jam.

Just something to keep in mind, especially if you don't use playlists. Overall Review: This is the best sounding, easiest to use player I've owned. Works great, just like the last one, but has a better layout of the few buttons. The included earbuds are good quality and comfortable to use while sleeping, but I have another set of higher quality louder buds to use when outside working.
Cons: The clip is a bit weak, and there's barely room to clip it on material like jeans, but normally I just keep it in my pocket anyway.
I don't jog, I drive. I had to rate this product when I saw these are still available. I have had the same model, only a 2GB version, since they came out, some 8 years ago.
I have used it and accidentally dropped it from the handlebars of my bike at full speed, on runs at the beach, and in my car as my primary portable mp3 player. I was able to easily send files, and most importantly - playlists, from winamp or mediamonkey to the unit, without having to install or download additional software.
Cons: Once, the battery became detached from the wire inside, as I regularly drop it all over the place. I looked up instructions to unsnap cover, re-soldered the wire, and continue to use it. Overall Review: If you are looking to use it as only an mp3 player, I really recommend the small green screen over the full color version on the sansa clip snap model.
It is easier somewhat to see in the car, or while running, than the higher resolution counterpart. I have had apple products, and not only does. Don't put that tiny diskette in, in other words. To load it with music, just use the method described in the quick-start guide. Overall Review: Make sure to update the firmware - to do that go to the website found in the quickstart guide.
